We utilize structured play and traditional talk therapy to help you child or teen with behavioral challenges, issues impacting school, social relationships or family relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood challenges, self-esteem, trauma, attachment, grief and loss. |
Individual Therapy for YouAre you having difficulty managing life stressors, life transitions, or difficult past experiences? Are you feeling anxious, depressed, numb, or overwhelmed?
We'll work with you to help identify your struggles and to come up with solutions to support you. |
